Home delivery: orders are shipped within 5 business days via tracked letter with La Poste.

International Shipping

AdyLShop ships internationally! Some countries are excluded from shipping. Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country. Orders are shipped within 5 business days via La Poste.

Return Policy

AdyLShop accepts returns. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The order amount, excluding shipping fees paid by the customer, will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

To request a return, please use the contact form and include your order number and the reason for the return. The request must be made within 30 days of purchase. A response will be sent within 3 business days.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received by AdyLShop, it will be inspected to determine its eligibility for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. The refunded amount corresponds to the price of the returned item and does not include shipping costs (non-refundable).

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective items. An exchange request must be submitted via the contact form. AdyLShop may request photos of the damaged items. You will receive a response by email within 3 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping

Returned items must be shipped in appropriate packaging, at the customer’s expense. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. In the case of a refund, original shipping fees are not refunded.

Between the 5th and the 15th of the current month or the following month depending on the date of your subscription.

Example: If you subscribe between the 1st and the 15th of the month, your first collection will be shipped between the 5th and the 15th of the same month. If you subscribe after the 15th of the month, your first collection will be for the following month.
Yes! You can modify it, pause it, or stop it whenever you want.

To manage your subscription, log in to your AdyLShop customer account. You can also click on the link in the subscription confirmation email you received when you ordered your first month of subscription. If you can't find that link, feel free to contact me.
No. They will be sold separately, in 2 versions:
- A version that will contain the collection of the month. Be careful, if you are a subscriber and you purchase this version of the box, you will receive the collection of the month twice.
- An "Essential" version, which will not contain the collection of the month, designed for subscribers.
Yes! The quarterly boxes always consist of several items, including the complete collection (stickers + washi tape) of the month. Therefore, to avoid duplicates, the quarterly boxes will be offered in 2 versions:
→ The Complete Box contains the collection. If you have a subscription, be careful of duplicates!
→ The "Essential" Box does not contain the collection (perfect if you are subscribed).
All items ordered at the same time as a first subscription will be shipped together with the first shipment of your subscription. If you need certain items more quickly, I invite you to place a separate order.
