Are points retroactive?

❌ Orders placed before the program launch are not retroactive.

✅ Points are only earned on orders placed after the AdyLShop Club launch, while logged into your customer account.

I created my account before the program launch. Will I receive the points?

Account creation is retroactively counted. If you already had an account when the program launched, the 25 welcome points will be credited to you.

Is the newsletter subscription retroactive?

👉 Yes.

If you were already subscribed to the newsletter when the program launched, the 50 corresponding points will be credited to your account.

Can I earn points without creating an account?

❌ No.

Creating an account is required to join the AdyLShop Club and collect points.

Do points expire?

However, AdyLShop reserves the right to modify the program conditions.
