Shipping

All orders are prepared with care and love by AdyLShop. In general, they are processed and shipped within 3 business days. During peak times, the delay may be extended to 5 business days.
Delivery times depend on the carrier, La Poste. Generally, the delivery times are:
- 3 working days for mainland France.
- 5 to 8 working days for international.
However, delays may occur. To track the status of your order, remember to choose tracked delivery when confirming your order.
To reduce shipping costs, orders are shipped without tracking by default. For added security, and to track the status of your order, you can choose tracked shipping at checkout.
Send me a message as soon as possible so that I can correct your delivery address.
Once your order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change the delivery address.

Allow a minimum of 10 days for your order to be delivered.

My order

If you made a mistake, if you wish to add or remove an item from your order, feel free to contact me via the contact form. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will find a solution together to modify your order.
Creating a customer account is not mandatory to place an order on AdyLShop.
However, by creating an account, you will have access to your order history and will receive information about the store via email: new products, promotions, and special offers.

AdyLShop occasionally offers promotional codes that provide a discount on your order. These promotional codes cannot be combined with ongoing promotions in the store (sale periods, occasional promotions...). Certain products, such as AdyLShop boxes, may be excluded from the applicability of promotional codes. Some promotional codes can only be used once per user. If you have any doubts, feel free to contact me.
If you wish to cancel your order, contact me as soon as possible and we will arrange it together. However, if your order has already been shipped, it will no longer be possible to cancel it. You can choose to return it to me at your expense. As soon as I receive your return and check the condition of the items, you will be refunded the amount of your order minus the shipping costs.
If you notice an error in the content of your order after receipt, send me a message. Photos/videos may be requested as proof of an error. If the error is indeed present, I will take care of correcting it as soon as possible. In the case of a missing item, it will be sent to you, at no additional cost, as quickly as possible. If you did not receive the correct item, you will receive a replacement at no additional cost. On a case-by-case basis, the item received in error may either be kept or returned to AdyLShop (in this case, a stamp will be provided for the return).

Products

The AdyLShop sticker sheets are printed on basic white adhesive paper. It is therefore quite possible to write on them with a pen, pencil, or marker.

Regarding the sheets printed on matte transparent paper, it is also possible to write on them, but be careful of smudges! I advise you to do some tests before diving in, at the risk of damaging your precious stickers.
A new collection of stickers is released every month. If you ever have ideas for themes or sheets, feel free to share them with me via the contact form.
I am always open to new ideas, suggestions for new items for the shop. Feel free to share your desires by sending me a message.
